Just to get the terminology out of the way, cougar=mountain lion=puma=wild cat. Whatever one may think of people owning wild animals as pets (personally, I find it problematic and sort of, well…unnecessary), it’s interesting and even moving to see these two relate in a trusting way. Max-Arthur (interesting name – could the owner not decide?) is in charge of the Roomba iRobot vacuum and everything in its path. He’s one of those drivers that prefers the open road all to himself. I must say, the passivity of this pit bull has me rethinking the breed. Aren’t they supposed to be tough? Maybe Sharky’s the exception that proves the rule. I wondered the other day what my cat would do if I had hamsters. I am positive she would be totally obsessed with them and lose interest in anything else. That appears to be the case with the Maine Coon in this video. The hybrid Wolf Dog is a little more mellow in his attentiveness, but the Maine Coon is definitely got some bad intentions. This 4 month old kitten is very cute and, true to the Chartreux breed, has a tiny little voice that sounds like ‘eeee!’. Chartreux are known as the smiling cat of France – their muzzle structure makes it look like they are smiling. They are playful, loving and get pretty big – especially the boys.
